A fair share of the work down this end is on building and common-property pools rather than family backyards, because there is more apartment and townhouse stock here than anywhere else in the coverage area. Pipe pressure testing
Water loss is worth pinning down precisely down this end, because guessing wrong under a paved courtyard or a podium deck is expensive in a way that guessing wrong on a lawn is not. Andy hooks up a pressure-test rig, plugs the other end and watches the gauge, line by line. Most leaks are isolated within an hour. From $350.
Equipment installation

Green pool recovery
Small pools turn over fast, so a courtyard pool can go from clear to green in a matter of days when a pump or chlorinator fails. Andy identifies what caused it, recovers the pool, and sorts the underlying fault. From $550, most pools back in two to three days.
Acid washing
Shaded courtyard pools stain more readily than open ones because organic matter sits on the surface longer. Where brushing and chemistry are no longer getting it back, an acid wash strips the stained layer and restores the finish. From $1,100, three to four hours on site.
